Our Programs and Teachings
We are meeting in person and online. Join us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Usually led by guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma facilitators. All levels of experience welcome. A zoom option remains available.
This in person meeting is open to people from all walks of recovery or who are interested and wish to incorporate mindfulness into their recovery path. No previous experience with meditation or recovery groups required.
Join Terry Huff, MA, MSSW, and author of Living Well with ADHD, for this workshop on Meditating with ADHD and/or Anxiety. Research shows that mindfulness practice improves concentration, attention regulation, self-observation, working memory, and emotion regulation.

During these difficult times, how do we best utilize meditation and compassion to help us face daily challenges? In this two night, three day retreat we will explore practices that support us and create space for compassionate presence and wise action. The site is under an hour from New Orleans, spend a few days there if you’d like then join us in the serene beautiful setting for the retreat.
Now in person at Mindful Nashville! Led by Jennifer Wang and Scott Glazier, this class is great for beginners but also perfect for anyone wishing to refresh the basics of their practice and connect in community.
This silent retreat is being held at the beautiful Southern Dharma Retreat Center in Hot Springs, NC. Nestled in the Western North Carolina Mountains, its the ideal place to meditate and retreat in nature. This retreat is full but the waitlist is open.
