This class is going weekly starting June 4! A drop-in online class each Saturday, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. CST, to help you learn and deepen your meditation practice. Led by meditation instructors Jennifer Wang and Scott Glazier, the class will include guided meditations, short talks, and group discussions around the themes of creating and maintaining your home practice and applying your practice to every day life. The class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced meditators who wish to refresh the basics of their practice. You can connect by Zoom here.
