Back to Basics Meditation
Saturdays, 10:30–11:30 am CT | In person
Back to Basics is a weekly, in-person meditation class offered at the Pruitt Branch of the Nashville Public Library. We meet upstairs in a beautiful, quiet, light-filled room that supports ease and focus in practice.
This class is especially well-suited for those new to meditation who want clear instruction and a supportive entry point. It’s also a meaningful space for experienced practitioners to refresh foundational practices and reconnect with community.
Each session includes:
Guided meditation
Time for questions and group discussion
Practical guidance for establishing and sustaining a home practice
We emphasize curiosity, clarity, and shared learning, creating a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and practice deepens over time.
