Retreat full, waitlist open
Life is a balance of effort and letting go. Through skillful effort, meditation practice gives us the capacity to cultivate deep presence, to befriend our minds and to uncover our heart’s true wisdom. This wisdom also points us toward letting go. As we release limiting views and agendas, spiritual ease and joy arise as we touch this ever-changing life with the wisdom that sees no ultimate separation. This experience of interconnectedness also empowers and supports us in wise and compassionate action in our daily lives.
This retreat, held mostly in noble silence, includes periods of sitting and walking meditation, instructions, dharma talks and meetings with the teacher. It is suitable for all levels of experience. All are welcome.
