Mindful Recovery

Thursdays, 6:30–8:00 pm CT | In person

Mindful Recovery is a weekly, in-person meditation group in Nashville offering a supportive and welcoming space for those navigating recovery and healing. We practice together in community through meditation, reflection, and shared inquiry, grounded in kindness, compassion, and insight.

This group welcomes anyone recovering from any form of suffering, including—but not limited to—substance use, family dysfunction, trauma, mental health challenges, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, or compassion fatigue. All are welcome, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

What to Expect

Each meeting includes:

  • A brief introduction and short readings

  • Guided meditation and time in Noble Silence

  • A short Dharma reflection

  • Inquiry, questions, and group discussion

Our mindful recovery circle is a welcoming space centered on community, mindful attunement to body and mind, and growing clarity and kindness from within. We support one another through meditation and shared insights, no matter where you are on your journey. Newcomers and experienced meditators are equally embraced here.
