This is an opportunity to practice meditation in community, geared towards anyone on the path of recovery. Friends who are in any recovery group, are interested in recovery and would like to come practice and learn with us, are all welcome to come! Truth is, most all of us are in recovery from something. It is our intention to cultivate a safe space by being gentle and nurturing to mental health and clarity of mind. The practices and teachings are grounded in loving-kindness, compassion, self-care, beginner’s mind, starting from within. Friends from all experience levels are welcome. This is a donation based meeting, suggested offering is $10, but any amount is appreciated. No one turned away for lack of funds. For questions email firstname.lastname@example.org.
