Learn practical mindfulness skills to work with anxiety, strengthen attention, cultivate self-compassion, and build more ease in relationships. This workshop is designed for neurodivergent adults—including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia—as well as anyone experiencing anxiety.
During this three-hour workshop, you’ll explore different states of attention and learn mindfulness practices that develop both focused attention and open awareness. Through instruction, guided meditation, Insight Dialogue, and discussion, you’ll discover practical ways to work with anxiety, strengthen emotional balance, and respond more skillfully to the challenges of daily life. Research suggests that mindfulness can improve concentration, attention regulation, self-awareness, working memory, and emotion regulation.
