Monday Night Meditation
Our Main Meditation Night – 7:00 – 8:30 CT
We are now meeting in person at the Nashville Friends Meeting, 530 26th Ave. N, Nashville. Masks are optional but always welcome. A Zoom option remains available. We start at 7 p.m. with a 35 minute meditation session, followed by a dharma talk and q&a, usually led by our guiding teacher, Lisa Ernst. Please note: per the Friends Meeting we must lock incoming doors at 7:05 so be sure to arrive a few minutes early.
This is an opportunity to practice in community and learn more about Buddhist teachings and practical applications in everyday life. The session is completed with a guided meditation focusing on wisdom and compassion practices. People of all experience levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced meditators. There is no charge to attend our regular meetings, but your donations keep us operating; One Dharma relies on the generosity of those who practice with us to cover the cost of rent and all related expenses.
