Monday Night Meditation
7 – 8:30 – Our Main Meditation Night
Beginning June 14 we will be back at our physical space at the Nashville Friends Meeting, 530 26th Ave. N. Fully vaccinated only for Phase 1. Masks optional, min. 3 feet of distancing. A zoom option will remain available. We start at 7 p.m. with a 30 minute meditation session, followed by a dharma talk and q&a, usually led by our guiding teacher, Lisa Ernst. All levels of experience welcome. A zoom options remains available.
This is an opportunity to practice in community and learn more about Buddhist teachings and practical applications in everyday life. The session is completed with a guided meditation focusing on wisdom and compassion practices. People of all experience levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced meditators. Please note that we start promptly at 7 p.m., per the requirements of the Friends Meeting, the entry door must be locked at 7:05. This is a donation based meeting, suggested minimum offering is $10, but any amount is appreciated. If joining the meeting by zoom, you’ll find the updated link on our front page, here.
We also offer special classes focusing on specific topics of interest to the community, half and daylong retreats.

There is no charge to attend our regular meetings, but your donations keep us operating; One Dharma relies on the generosity of those who practice with us to cover the cost of rent and all related expenses.
