When the Path Becomes Natural
Two Night Online Retreat with Lisa Ernst
February 21 – 23, 2025
Much of the time, the path of meditation and awareness must be worked with intention, realigning ourselves with the teachings, with practice, with lovingkindness and compassion. Other times, the path may become a natural part of our lives like a fish in water and we don’t even notice the water.
In this retreat how we will explore the ways our practice is easeful and our intentions feel metabolized and how we can create conditions that more fully that support the awakened qualities of compassion and wisdom in our lives.
Led by Lisa Ernst,, this retreat, offered on Zoom, is suitable for all levels of experience and will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, instructions and group discussion. Grab a little cabin in the woods if you’d like or join us from home. The retreat is offered on a sliding scale from $100 – $175. Please pay at the highest level you can afford so we can also offer scholarship spots to anyone who needs additional support. Once you’ve paid, you will receive a registration confirmation and an intake form. (Please note that financial support (dana) for the teacher will be offered separately at the end of the retreat.)
