Join us during the heart of spring to reset and renew heart and mind in meditation and community. This home retreat will help you access the liberating power of awareness right where you are and bring it more fully into your daily life.
At the beginning of a New Year, it is customary to take stock of our lives and the world we live in, to review the previous year and set our intentions for the upcoming twelve months and beyond. Bringing this evaluation onto the cushion can help to live from the truest part of ourselves.
“The beauty of anti-racist work is that you don’t have to pretend to be free of racism to be an anti- racist. Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including in yourself. And it’s the only way forward.” – Ijeoma Oluo
