Join us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Usually led by One Dharma guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma facilitators. Everyone is welcome!
A drop-in class on the first and third Saturdays of the month, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. CST, to learn and deepen your meditation practice. Led by Jennifer Wang, the class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
A meeting where self-identified people of color are invited to sit together and hold space for whatever is coming up in our practice and in our lives. Meeting every Thursday Night.
