It is often said that for meditation practice to truly take flight, we need the two wings of compassion and wisdom. Together, the they can transform our lives, helping us find deeper ease, equanimity, and compassion for ourselves and all beings.
Join InsightLA’s Thomas Davis and me for this in person retreat in the beautiful San Bernardo Mountains! Practicing together at the turn of the New Year will provide an ideal time for reflection and taking refuge in dharma and community.
Please join us for our annual early December retreat. To develop a wise and balanced practice, we need to cultivate both emptiness and compassion. When they are strong and balanced they generate the conditions that lead to liberation and wise action. All levels welcome.
We are now meeting in person and also offering a zoom option! Join us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Fully vaccinated only, please wear a mask. Usually led by guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma facilitators.
