Our Programs and Teachings
We are meeting in person and online. Join us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Usually led by guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma facilitators. A zoom option remains available.
This in person meeting is open to people from all walks of recovery or who are interested and wish to incorporate mindfulness into their recovery path. No previous experience with meditation or recovery groups required.
We have a selection of dharma talks, which focus on aspects of awakening and compassionate awareness that are applicable to everyday life but are rooted in deep practice. We also have a number of guided meditations.
