Wednesday Evening, June 23 – Sunday Morning June 27
Join us for an in person retreat at the beautiful Heartwood Refuge Retreat Center in Hendersonville, NC. Through the refuges of wisdom, compassion and community, we will cultivate a quality of kind awareness that embraces our joys and sorrows with equanimity and insight.
Join us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Usually led by One Dharma guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma teachers and facilitators.
One on One Mentoring with Lisa Ernst offers a chance to learn and deepen your meditation practice from the ground up, to bring the practice of mindful awareness more fully into daily life and sustain inspiration for an ongoing spiritual practice. Lisa is currently accepting a few students with an existing practice.
Please join us for this special co-creative workshop. We will explore the nature of the widening chasms of division in America and the delusional views that support them. This will be a time of practice, reflection, connecting and restoration.
A drop-in class on the first and third Saturdays of the month, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. CST, to learn and deepen your meditation practice. Led by Jennifer Wang, the class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
