Our Programs and Teachings
We meet in person and online. Jo
in us on for meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. Usually led by guiding teacher Lisa Ernst with occasional special guest teachers or our talented One Dharma facilitators. This is a donation based meeting and all levels of experience are welcome.
This in person meeting is open to people from all walks of recovery or who are interested and wish to incorporate mindfulness into their recovery path. No previous experience with meditation or recovery groups required.
Donation based, drop in class on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month,
7:00–8:00 PM. Class includes instruction, meditation, reflection and discussion. All levels welcome!
